I have installed and tried the software, but unfortunately it did not function at all for me. I tried installing it on a WinXP Pro system, and nada. But Pls do not take this as a complaint. I'm positive the reasons for it not functioning for me has to with manually defined provs to the admin accnt for additional security reasons that I had implemented yrs ago. I now forget which setting I had modified to be honest. As I mentioned, I'm positive your software functions as claimed. Unfortunately, I do not have much time to dedicate to sorting this ...

with vista Had some problem initially with windows Vista- but after driver updatefor the ethernet, the server worked fine. Also needed to make some changes in windows firewall, to let through the ports for ftp and http.

works as advertised I didn't try it as a webserver as I wasn't sure if it would work with php. I have windows vista home premium and it seemed to work fine for an ftp server. I have not had a chance to extensivly test it, but it works as advertised so far... slight issues when I had more than 1 user account, but I am thinking that could be settings on my part not it's.

My comments I use Fastream NETFile FTP/Web Server to move large amount of files easy and fast from one computer to another. To fast and easy setup a private ftpserver this was a good program. 1,5 minutes then the first file was transfered. I like it. I have not test the http but if FTP is easy to set up wy not the http.

Where is the clamed security? Where is the security, if the SFTP (i.e., the reason for which I have downloaded this FTP server) is disabled? This has no sense.

This product looked good ... I ran a registry scan and THEN it was time to take action on the issues found and I was surprised that this \"FREE\" software required a registration in order to resolve the issues - and this registration was only $29.95. I felt that I had been scammed and uninstalled the software. I won\'t trust any \"free\" software again!

very usefull product for a free version

runs ok seems to get rid of the rubbish and hasnt killed any program's yet oh and it runs on windows 7 too

The WEB download worked without a problem; it installed on an XP based PC; and transferred 3 files using TFTP.

tftp server I need quickly find application like this for tftp server functionality - need to upgrade ethernet switch. My need: -quick -simple -free I like it.

to less options I couldn't find how to make user settings or any other filtering-possibilities. Maybe it's ok if someone doesn't know what he does with a ftp-server but I think this is dangerous.

The version offered here as the "free" version is in fact a 15 day demo version of the top-of-the-line "Corporate" version... going to the company website reveals that there isn't in fact any "free" version at all... unless of course you consider a 15 day "demo" version as being "free"... I don't, and I consider any mention of this product along with the word "free" as blatant misrepresentation. Additionally, once installed on my Vista Home Premium 64bit OS, the program was not listed among the registered application programs... in other words, I couldn't use the Vista appropriate manner of uninstalling the program. ...

Excellent. This is a great program. It has a nice clean interface and it doesn't use alot of resouces. It works perfectly and performs excellently.
